WHAT: FRIDAY Fun Club
WHEN: All Fridays when school is in session, 9:15-11:45
WHO: Open to CHPC Preschool students and the public
AGE: Student must be 3 years old and potty trained
WHERE: Room 7
TEACHERS: Mrs. Thomson and Mrs. Betz
COST: $30/per Friday ($31 online)
Did you know there’s a national day for cheese doodles? candy corn? Even Mr. Potato Head? We’ll be celebrating some of these silly National Days this school year!
Mrs. Thomson and Mrs. Betz will guide learning through play with stories, songs, props, movement, snacks, and crafty activities.
Register for one Friday or the whole year! Payment is required at registration to secure your child’s spot. Cash or checks (made payable to CHPC Preschool) may be dropped off or mailed to the preschool.

November 6
Theme: National Nacho Day
Books: Dragons Love Tacos, Pete the Cat Wacky Taco Tuesday
Craft: Shapes Nacho Recipe
Play/Props: Feed the Dragon, Nacho match game, felt nachos set, Dragons Love Tacos hole punch activity, shapes playdough mats, shapes dot marker pages
Music/Movement: Call and response food song
November 13
Theme: World Kindness Day
Books: Should I Share My Ice Cream?, Try a Little Kindness, Fill A Bucket
Craft: Paper plate ice cream cone
Play/Props: ice cream truck playset, kind or unkind sorting activity, magnetic people, doll house playset, emotions playdough mats, kindness coloring pages, friendship sensory bin
Music/Movement: “I Am Kind” by Lindsay Monroe, “Show Kindness” by Jack Hartmann
November 20
Theme: National Games and Puzzles Week
Books: Can I Play Too?, Have You Seen Elephant?
Craft: Roll a Turkey
Play/Props: Candy Land, Twister, Yeti in My Spaghetti, Fishing Game, Floor Puzzles, Design a game board with dot markers, Uno, Build card houses, Turkey Ring Toss
Music/Movement: Hopscotch
