Tracy Fisher-Neely is a music and dance instructor in the central PA area.  She received her Bachelor's of Music in Music Education from Shenandoah University, and spent 10 years working at the Walt Disney World Resort in both the Entertainment and Youth Education Series departments.  She loves reading, yoga, tea, and of course - music!  Tracy lives with her husband and son in Mechanicsburg.  She's so excited to meet everyone and looks forward to a fun music-filled year!
