After you submit your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.  (If you do not receive an email within two weeks of submitting your form, please email the director at dtarnoci@thechpc.com.) Please note that you are not officially registered until your form is submitted, you have paid the $75 registration fee and you receive a confirmation email from the director.​​
